WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF
TICKETS? The group order should include 15 to 20
tickets per performance.

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE OF MY
GROUP? Give us an educated guess. This number can be adjusted
even after the payment date. However, once the
final theatre confimation has been received, the
order is closed. (That means there can be no refunds or
additions to the order.)
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE? Broadway shows
expect payment at the time reservations are
confirmed. Your payment will be due at
the time your order is confirmed by the box
office.
WHAT
FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTABLE? Corporate, school
or organization checks; certified personal checks; cashier
checks or money orders. Credit Card orders, including Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are subject to
a 3% surcharge. Foreign orders: international
money orders in US dollars or checks in dollars drawn on
a US bank.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR
GROUPS?
YES, Producers determines if,
how much and for what period discounts are available. As a
general rule, shows offer no discounts Saturday nights and
holidays however group discounts range from
10-to-25% at other times. Some attractions have special
student and senior citizen group rates.
ARE THERE ANY
HIDDEN CHARGES? No, we receive a commission from the
theatres. However, there are certain performances which are
non-commissionable, such as Saturday nights and holidays,
and we add a surcharge fee of 15%. This
is explained at the time you place your order.
SUPPOSE A SHOW
CLOSES BEFORE OUR PERFORMANCE DATE? We
always try (and are usually successful) to find you a viable
alternative. However, if we cannot find a suitable substitute,
your deposit or payment will be refunded in full.
WHAT IF MY
GROUP HAS MORE THAN ONE DATE AVAILABLE WHEN WE CAN SEE THE
SHOW? Please indicate
all dates when your group can attend a show.
Flexibility is helpful when scheduling your group
order.
WHAT IF MY GROUP HAS
MORE THAN ONE SHOW AVAILABLE ON THE PERFORMANCE
DATE?
Please indicate up to three alternate
show choices. We will submit the requests in order and confirm
or deny your group order based upon the theatre's
availiability.
WILL ALL MY GROUP'S
SEATS BE TOGETHER? Usually your group will be
seated together. However, if a show is heavily sold or the
theatre is small, your group may need to be split. The box
office will seat your group as close together as
possible.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY SEAT
LOCATIONS? A group
request is not finalized until payment is received by the
theatre. The box office will confirm the exact location of the
seats when the order is paid.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE
OUR TICKETS? We will ship your group tickets via
Federal Express (fees will be added to your order) if
there is enough time before the performance date. FedEx cannot
deliver to a PO Box. We can also hold your tickets at "Will
Call", meaning you can pick them up at the theater box office
on the day of the show.
CAN SPECIAL REQUESTS BE
REQUESTED? Yes,
for example, if someone in your group requires an aisle seat,
please tell us when you place the order. Special requests can
not be guaranteed, but we will work with the theater to
accommodate you.
